I painted this shortly after 9/11. I was angry. What kind of human being would kill innocent people and believe it was God’s will. This is my interpretation of these lunatics standing before God and telling Him I did this for you, shortly before their heads explode as they are sent to the lowest parts of hell. There is nothing worse than the killing of the helpless and innocent. The only thing worse are those that convince these maniacs that they doing it for God. I believe there is a special place in hell for those that use idiots to do the same bidding that they themselves would not carry out.
The colors I chose for this painting were angry colors. The background is dark representing the darkness that they will be cast into and for the darkness that lived in their heart and soul. I guess I am still angry. Too many people died all around the world because of these morons. When you sow destruction, you reap devastation.
This painting should have a special meaning for everyone that was alive when this happened. Do you remember where you were? Were you angry? Did you justify this evil action? How do you feel about this horrific moment in time? Was this just something some people did?
